Bookings and cancellations
A £20 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. With the remaining balance to be paid on the day of treatment.
Bookings can be moved up until 24 hours before treatment.
Booking cancellations or date changes with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit their £20 non refundable deposit and will be required to pay a further £20 non refundable deposit should they wish to rebook.
Information for non invasive skin procedures
Clients must ensure the area to be treated is clean and clear of any cosmetic products prior to treatment.
For 24 hours before treatment, please avoid the following,
Sunbeds or sunbathing outdoors.
Waxing, tinting, bleaching, tweezing or hair removal creams on the area to be treated.
Contraindications
Clients with skin conditions, infections or allergies may not be suitable for treatment. A GP letter may be required to proceed with treatment, depending on the condition.
Information for invasive skin procedures
Clients must ensure the area to be treated is clean and clear of any cosmetic products prior to treatment.
Please ensure you have eaten within the 4 hours prior to your treatment time.
For 24 hours before treatment, please avoid the following,
Alcohol consumption.
Sunbeds or sunbathing outdoors.
Waxing, tinting, bleaching, tweezing or hair removal creams on the area to be treated.
Blood thinning medication such as ibuprofen, naproxen or aspirin unless medically prescribed.
Supplements containing st johns wort, gingko biloba, primrose oil, garlic, ginseng or vitamin E.
Topical products such as tretinoin, retinol, retinoids, glycolic acid or any 'anti ageing' products.
Clients prone to cold sores that are booked in for lip treatment - To prevent a breakout, you may want to consider asking your GP to prescribe a course of anti viral medication a few days prior to your treatment. This is not essential and is at the discretion of the client.
Contraindications
Invasive skin procedures are not suitable for clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Clients that have received treatment for cancer can book invasive skin procedures 6 months after their cancer treatment has ended. A GP letter will be required.
Clients with autoimmune disease, neurological or neuromuscular disease, skin conditions, infections or allergies may not be suitable for treatment. A GP letter may be required to proceed with treatment, depending on the condition.
